FSA's allow you to save money on your health care and day care expenses by setting aside pre-tax money through payroll deduction into one or both of these accounts. You are eligible to participate in an FSA on the first day of the month following your date of hire. Toray offers two FSA's:
- Health Care Spending Account - to pay for unreimbursed health care expenses for you and your dependents. The annual minimum is $250 and the maximum is $2,000.
- Dependent Care Spending Account - to pay for unreimbursed dependent care services. The annual minimum is $250 and the maximum is $5,000.
