ANNOUNCING OPP PRICE INCREASE

To our Valued Customer:

Effective Monday September 14, 2009, Toray Plastics (America), Inc. will increase the price on all PP films by $0.14 lb. This price increase on Torayfan, Trea, and Treax films will be effective on all shipments made on or after September 14th.

This increase is necessary due to the recent rapid escalation in propylene monomer and thus resin prices.
