Announcing OPP Price Increase

To our Valued Customer,

Raw material costs have continued escalating to new historical highs and are forecasted to remain strong into 2008. We therefore find it necessary to announce a price increase at this time.

Effective Monday, November 26, 2007, Toray Plastics (America), Inc. will increase the price on all OPP films by $0.06 lb. This price increase on Torayfan, Trea, and Treax OPP films will be effective on all shipments made on or after November 26.
